Maria's Monkey Party

We celebrated Maria's 8th birthday last week with a "Totally Cool Monkey" Party. The girls beat the winter blahs by going swimming and then off to the party room for monkey masks, cupcakes and more!

SURPRISE!

Happy Birthday Yiayia Tina!! Last week, Soto and Mary threw mom a surprise party for her sixty-something birthday! Each time the doorbell rang, mom was surprised, she had no clue who was walking through the door! We had a delicious lunch, laughed and relaxed, it was a wonderful afternoon.

Maria's tooth

Maria lost her 8th tooth recently. Here she is proudly holding her tooth pillow and tooth. The Tooth Fairy made a visit that night and gave her $5 for her tooth. I remember we would get 25¢. Inflation affects everything!
